Viewpoints is excited to announce the launch of our Reviews for Charity program. This program is designed to help 501(c)(3) organizations earn real dollars by encouraging your members to write reviews on Viewpoints.com. It’s that easy! Instead of asking your donors to attend another black tie event, sit through an awards luncheon or run a 5k, they can contribute to your charity from the comfort of their homes just by writing reviews about the products and services they already use. We will choose five charities for the remainder of 2010, one for each month August – December. Each review writing program will last for 30 days and each charity can earn up to $5,000!

How to Get Your Charity on the List

1. Apply below to be one of the five charities that we choose for 2010;
2. If you are chosen, we will work closely with you and your team to write copy, design e-mails, and create appropriate ad units for the campaign;
3. When it is your designated month, you will send two separate e-mails out, including at least 50% of your e-mail list each time, to inform and encouraging your constituency to participate in the review writing for dollars program. Additional marketing (via social media, e-newsletters, etc.) will be encouraged but not required;
4. You are then eligible to receive $1 per qualifying review up to $5,000 – meaning 5,000 reviews can be written on behalf of your charity during the 30 day time frame. In addition we will also offer a $5,000 prize to the charity that has the most reviews written during their month, that prize will be awarded at the end of 2010.

This no cost program requires no planning committees, silent auctions, or mailing labels. Instead your donors and members will be part of a new and exciting type of social media fundraising on Viewpoints.com, a site with 2 million monthly users and 425,000 registered members. Viewpoints.com is the second largest user reviews site among those that focus on product reviews, and sixth largest and fastest growing user reviews site overall.
