Viewpoints’ members actively provide feedback to brands in the form of reviews and conversations that stay live in perpetuity, serving as an on-going resource for the millions of in-market shoppers that visit Viewpoints.com each month. In addition to product ratings & reviews, Viewpoints helps in-market consumers make purchase decisions via Buying Guides, Questions & Answers, consumer Discussion Forums and the Viewpoints blog, The Goods.
Viewpoints Network also powers Ratings & Reviews, Product Discussions, Blogs, Ideas, and Questions for some of America’s largest retailers, including Sears.com.

A Short History
Viewpoints Network was founded in August 2006 by Matt Moog, the former President and CEO of publicly traded Q Interactive. Matt was joined by Jolie Fleming, a former Senior Vice President from Q Interactive. Following rigorous testing and consumer feedback, Viewpoints.com officially launched in September 2007. By September 2008, the site had grown to 690,000 monthly users and doubled to 1.4 million users by September 2009. Site traffic is on pace to double again in 2010.
Viewpoints raised $5 million in August of 2006 and reached profitability in January of 2009. The company, based in Chicago, IL has approximately 50 full-time employees.
Viewpoints was awarded a 2010 AlwaysOn OnMedia 100 award and a Stevie Award for the development of the MySears.com community in the Retail Web Site & Blog category of The 2010 American Business Award. Viewpoints has also received attention from leading national and trade media including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The Chicago Tribune, Crain’s Chicago Business, Brandweek and TechCrunch.
