Overall this phone is really great. The touch screen interface with haptic feedback (small pulses in the phone to let you know you hit the button) is something that the iPhone sorely lacks but the instinct pulls off beautifully. The user interface is extremely friendly and customizable. For instance, you can add your own favorite applications or bookmarks to a favorites menu for easy access. Lovin' Every Minute

This is my first touch screen phone and the Instinct is everything I could have hoped for it to be. At first I didn't think I would get the hang of it, but that is because I did not read the directions, so read the directions! Made my life a lot easier. There are so many possibilities that are included with the basic plan, my husband loves watching tv life, it even has the NFL channel. I love the navigation and getting email through my phone. I wonder what I did without it. I highly recommend it!

Despite what you may have heard the Samsung Instinct M800 is a great device with few flaws.

The Samsung Instict is a wonderful phone - when it works correctly (which is most of the time). It has several handy features like GPS navigation, visual voicemail, email synching, html web browsing, and an easy to use interface. Sprint's (the only network this phone is available on) 3G network isn't quite what it should be, but works well in most areas.

Phone calls are pretty clear, and i've had no trouble with dropped or inconsistent calls. In-call menus are easy to use for the most part, although it takes a bit of getting used to. Texting works well for the most part, too. Typing... read full review »

I LOVE this phone!

I received this phone for my 21st birthday. The phone I had before was a dinosaur, so as expected, I was thrilled to upgrade. I haven't had a problem with this phone. It's great because I can get on the web, listen to music, watch tv/video, etc while waiting for class. The gps feature is perfect for me. I love how I can search for businesses and then it will direct me there with the navigation. Can't go wrong with this phone. The only thing some may not like, is that you need good light for the camera. I don't mind it at all, don't use it for pictures, that's what my digital cam is for.

This cell phone is everything I wanted and more. It has a large touch screen, slim design, 3G internet, visible voicemail, 2mp camera, pc management, music and video player, built in Sprint navigation and Sprint TV, and a whole lot more. I like it a lot more than the IPhone. Sound is clear and loud and signal is great. I can even make hotel reservations online. It's what I've been waiting for.

I purchased the Samsung Instinct on june 20th opening day they call it.

anyways the phone is perfect it handles everything you would expect a phone to do i can email blog text personalize every aspect of calling it is just brilliant samsung does it again with instinct a repeat performer in my home and has yet to dissatisfy

The Samsung Instinct has not disappointed at all! The touchscreen is great and very easy to "type" on, even for my husband who has bigger fingers than I do. The internet is great, very "instinctive!" User friendly and easy to add contacts, ringers, email...etc.

This phone is the best phone I have had thus far. I was debating between the samsung instinct and the iphone and the instinct won. The service is cheaper than the iphone. Overall it is a very fun phone!
