We got this heater to keep a glassed in room usable in the cool winters we have in eastern Virginia. To our dismay it lasted 3 weeks of average use. This is use before it got cold. The bedroom is much hotter now!

I initially bought this heater to warm up our uninsulated greenhouse for winter plantings. As it gets quite cold during the nights, and I don't enjoy sending large chunks of money to the electric company, it is important to me that the unit not burn through too many watts. I was so impressed with the unit that I bought one for my son's bedroom and my daughter's apartment. It has warmed up these spaces without taking a huge bite out of our heating budget. It is small but efficient and much safer than some other options.

I actually have 2 of these small heaters in our house. One in basement to keep hubbys feet warm when he sits down there to watch tv. Great small heater for close quarters, and is cool to touch outer case. use the other to heat the small outer proch area when friends come over and need to smoke when it is to cold outside to stand . Everyone told me good idea. and so handy

I have 2 of these products, and I use it in my bathroom, I turn it on before I take a shower for a about 5 minutes, and once I get into the shower I would turn it off. But before I get into the shower, my bathroom is very warm. I also use this in my computer room. I spend a great deal of time in my computer room, and I dont want to turn on my central heat to warm this room up. So before I go into my computer room, I would turn my heater on for about 5-10 minutes, and once i go into my cmputer room it is warm and cozy. This product is also very quiet. I got this one for free when a friend moved out of town. It has been with me for over a year. I have used it on a daily basis, for a prolonged period, and I haven't had any problems yet. I purchased this space heater to be able to work in the garage in the winter time. It is reliable and fast working. We have a four car garage and this small unit heats up my work area in no time at all! It keeps me warm all day even when it is below freezing or snowing outside. It is also great because of its ease of use. The mechanisms are easy to read and understand. This is a great little heater. Lightweight and portable makes this a perfect addition to any room where you desire a little extra warmth. I bought one for my grandmother because she gets cold easily and she just loves it. She takes it in the bathroom with her when she showers to take the chill off the room until she dries and dresses

I bought one for myself after buying it for her. It is a great little heater and I highly recommend it to anyone needing a little extra warmth

I love the holmes space heater. We have one room in our home that never seems to heat up or cool off the way the rest do. The only way to solve the problem without a lot of money was a space heater. So we went shopping and found the holmes one was not too expensive and was not too big or small. It works perfect for us and the thermostat is wonderful. I like that it turns off when the room reaches the right temp.

Product is effective and not in the way. On chilly days it is always nice to add heat without the expense of heating you entire house. This item is easily movable. Not unsightly nor is it in the way.

With the cost of heat and electricity this is a way of keeping warm and keeping the bills down. You do not need to heat the entire house when you are not using the room. This heater extends to all parts of the room

Item is no more than 15" high, 8" wide.
Good for under-the-desk if you work in an office where some folks are cold and some are warm.
Very unobtrusive.
Would be good for a bathroom, small bedroom, recreational vehicle/motor home, atrium garden room.
Super quiet - motor is barely noticeable

WHEN WINTER COMES I USE HOLMES 1 TOUCH SPACE HEATERS TO KEEP MY HOME WARM FROM THE COLD....THEY ARE CHEAP , GOOD AND HELPS ME SAVE ON MY UTILITY BILL..I LOVE THEM SO MUCH THAT I HAVE ONE IN EVERY ROOM OF MY HOUSE. We bought this heater for our bedroom. Since buying this, my hubby has actually be kicking off the covers! That's a first. I have found that it does exactly what I need it to do, yet, I was able to buy it without stretching our budget. It's a bit noisier than I'd like, but not enough to deter me from buying it again. Great value for the money.

This is a great little simple heater. It really does heat up the room! Low & high settings. I lost the manual so I don't know how the temperature buttons seem to work, but low & high are good enough for me! I use this heater in my bedroom (I don't have central heat/air) and I also use one in my office (wood floors and unfinished ceiling)

We bought a couple of these space heaters two winters ago. They have worked wonderfully and were only about $30.00. They really shut off if knocked over and do not get too hot, yet warm a room very well. This is the third year in use and one of them is starting to stick when it oscillates, but I feel we got our money worth and would buy another one.
