Britax Boulevard Car Seat Reviews

The Britax Boulevard is by far one of the best car seats available. It is highly rated in safety and has the added safety feature of side impact protection. And it apparently is very comfortable. My daughter has no problem taking naps in her boulevard and can ride on long trips in it, unlike the other cheaper carseat that we have in our other vehicle. Yes it is a little pricy compared to others, but to me the price is worth my daughter's safety and comfort. Also, she will be able to use it for a long time, since it accomodates children up to 65 pounds!! Highly recommend!

Britax Boulevard Convertible Car Seat (regal) 

I've purchased this britax boulevard over a year ago for 250 USD with free shipping form a website. My son wouldn't fit into graco snugride infant car seat comfortably anymore when he was 9 months old at 90th percentile, so I decided to buy a convertible car seat thinking of the future. I searched for the most safest, easy to use car seats. Britax is rated as the number one safest by many resources including consumer reports. So I got the best of the britax line which is boulevard for its added "true side impact protection".

I spent forever researching to find the perfect car seat for our infant son. I wanted a car seat with not just high safety ratings, but stellar ratings. It also had to be comfortable for long trips as we travel to visit family at least every month. After researching safety ratings, product ratings, and car seat message boards, I decided on this car seat, and I am very pleased with it. Some pros are: side impact protection (a feature only available in a select few car seats, and a MUST have if you have to place the seat near a door instead of the center) this feature also makes a great headrest...

The Britex Boulevard car seat is their top of the line (or at least it was when we bought it two years ago).  It weighs a ton, is bulky beyond belief to carry, but the piece of mind that it affords is priceless (and at $300 it hits your wallet hard too).

One very nice feature is the adjustable head rest that ensures that, as my daughter grows, her head will still be properly protected.

 It took a bit of work to figure out how to install it....now having done it many, many times, I can do it in less than 2 minutes.

This seat is great, is was about $300 when we bought it, but it is the only brand rated at 65 miles per hour for safety and tested as such. Which is our normal speed given most of our driving is on the interstate! I don't remember exactly, but I believe that most car seat brands are only tested at 35 miles per hour. I mean, really ?! Who goes that slow in this day and age?

We also like the color , however, it is hard to clean when it comes to throw up, etc. But the dark colors otherwise hide spills very well. The fabric is super high quality and I was very impressed with that. It is bulky, but...

My husband and I are first time parents who are willing to spend a little extra to keep our daughter safe and happy!  When it was time for her to begin sitting forward we looked for a seat that would keep her safe and comfortable and last as long as possible! 

While the Britax Boulevard cost a little more it is likely to last a year or two longer than the other seats with similar features!  It has everything and is adjustable in a dozen ways to make sure that our daughter is as cozy as can be.  It has top safety ratings and to top it all off it is stylish too!  I opted for the purple and floral...

We were looking to get our daughter a new seat. We were told this was the best. I LOVE that you do not have to re-thread the height strap with each growth spurt. You just twish the side knobs and they move up and down getting a perfect fit! The price is a little high but for my childs safety its worth it.

Also, our daughter is on the petite side so the fact that it does from 5-40 lbs is perfect. she will be in it until she is ready for a booster.

 Only con I have is the cleaning. I was told you have to take out the straps to get the cover off and You cannot put it in the washing machine.
