Apple Mac Mini desktop computer Reviews

We got so tired of blue screens from our Dell! My husband was so tired of the waiting and not knowing whether or not to allow a download. We almost gave up on having a home computer. Too stressful and expensive replacing every 3-4 years. We love the Mini Mac. Just enough for our e-mailing, surfing, photos and documents. My daughter is sending me her old iPod. Now i can get iTunes and truly be an apple convertor.

I got the Intel Mac Mini as a birthday present when it first came out with the Intel processor. I use it for everything. It's great because it is sooooo quiet (it replaced a noisy PowerMac G4), and yet has the power to handle lots of concurrent tasks.

I recently purchased a second one, that I use for a media computer connected to our TV. We're currently living in an area without much TV service, but I can podcast my favorite programs to fill in the void. I HAVE HAD MY MINI FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW. ITS MY FIRST ONE AND I LOVE IT. I HAD APPLE LAPTOPS PRIOR AND AND IMAC. BUT THIS IS MUCH BETTER FOR ME ANYWAY. ITS HOOKED UP DIRECTLY TO MY 32" FLAT SCREEN AND MY HOME THEATER SYSTEM. SO ITS PERFECT FOR MUSIC AND MOVIE DOWNLOADS AND I STILL GET MY WORK DONE.

I bought my Mac Mini almost 2 years ago and have not had one problem with it. My only problems I have had are keyboards, and those can be bought for 20 bucks. There are no viruses with any Mac computer that I know of as of right now. They are small and compact and work great for a dorm room, or a not so big desk.

The only negative thing that I can say about this computer, and in my eyes it's a positive....is you have to buy your monitor, keyboard, and mouse separate. But if you already have these, they will work on the Mac Mini.

The mac mini is a good computer for anyone from searching the internet to the computer programmer. With many good points such as: looks good, quiet, fast and many others. But a few down sides are it's: poor video and sound card which are essential for a gamer which demands the best, and it's tendency to heat up, doesn't over heat but seems like it's too hot for such a little compueter

Great but the wireless service is puzzling me. I personally wish you could use more than one disk simultaneously to upload digital photos and watch DVDs or listen to CDs. But with all the internet access, i shouldn't complain that much. Easy to plug in and unplug cords for keyboard, mouse, internet, etc.

I have worked on several Macs but this is the best for graphic design. Very compatible with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Have had this Mac 6 months and I have had no problems. Great computer, great price, great space saver, what more can I say.
